The following is a partial list of Projects that IAA has been proud to be
associated with the successful completion of:
- TIBCO BPM Implementations
- Defined and implemented the infrastructure, installation,
and configuration of combined BPM and EAI environments. Created multiple
Proof Of Concept solutions using TIBCO's iProcess BPM Software and TIBCO's
EAI BusinessWorks Software. Designed and implemented two production
BPM Solutions in 4 months using an Iterative BPM Framework for identifying,
collecting, documenting, designing and delivering BPM Solutions.
- BPM Shared Service Development
- Defined the startup of a Business Process Management
Shared Service at a Fortune 100 organization. Included were roles,
skills and responsibilities required to define and deliver turn-key BPM
solutions, integration of BPM into to the organization's System Life Cycle
methodology, and a list of Solution Offerings to be delivered by the new
Shared Service.
- FileNet Imaging and Workflow
- Lead efforts to stabilize existing FileNet IM
environment, complete existing projects, document existing environment and
operations, transfer support to offshore 3rd party, and on-board new efforts
for a Shared Services Group. Custom solution design for management of
the Business Process supporting Invoice Management Processing using ECM and
BPM components.
- eCommerce Web Site Design & Deployment
- Designed and developed the eCommerce Web Site for Cezam USA, an importer
of The Original Augustin's Belgian Waffle. Pages were developed for
general information, on-line purchase via shopping-cart, forms for on-line
or fax order placement, and feedback were provided. Site developed using
FrontPage 2003.
- SAP Workflow Implementation
- Best Practices, approach, design, and quality gate review of over twenty
workflows that facilitated the process automation and control of six
business process areas and executive approvals. Worked with the
business teams to ensure process design and development met their needs by
reducing handoffs between operations, eliminated re-work, minimized delays
between activities, and proactively managed due dates on activities.
Developed a consistent use of SAP's Workflow components across workflows,
business areas, and workflow development team members. This maximized
the re-use of workflow design elements, minimized the workflow design review
and acceptance, and delivered consistent Best Practices across all
workflows, resulting in simplified support, management, and administration
of the operational system.
- SAP Document Management Implementation
- Best Practices, approach, design, and integration of document management
for incoming documents, outbound correspondence, reports, and data
archiving.
- SAP and Documentum Integration
- Design and integration of SAP's Document Management capabilities with
Documentum using certified connectivity components.
- Enterprise Business Process Management Architecture
- Definition and development of an Enterprise Business Process Controls
framework to be used to ensure Corporate Policies and Controls are measured
and reported consistently.
